Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead a regional TA function across 56 schools and central services. You will develop and improve recruitment strategy, lead a four-person regional team, and partner with senior leaders to deliver high-quality hires that support the organisation’s mission.

You will drive EVP and employer branding, focus on diversity and inclusion, and build scalable processes to deliver against termly hiring needs while maintaining an exceptional.
