Our central support teams play a vital role in enabling our academies to thrive, and as a Contract Administrator, you’ll be integral to ensuring new colleagues have a smooth, compliant and welcoming start to their journey with us.

As part of our friendly People Services Team, you’ll support the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on undertaking pre-employment checks, issuing contracts and the overall onboarding experience. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, producing accurate documentation, maintaining HR systems, and acting as a point of contact for new hires. This is a great role if you already have HR administration experience or are looking to build on your foundations in HR Shared Services.

About you: You'll have a HR qualification and ideally worked in a shared service/help desk environment. Alternatively, you'll have experience in onboarding and compliance checks.

We are based a few minutes walk from Waterloo station. It's a great location with Lower Marsh and some great street food on your doorstep and easy access to Southbank. Very scenic on a nice day!
