This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing, while gaining a recognised qualification and hands-on experience in a school setting.

About the role: As a Primary Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will:

  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences within early years (0-5 years)
  • Support with physical care routines, e.g. changing nappies, toilet training and meal times
  • Work closely with pupils, including those with SEN
  • Provide in-class support, small group work and one-to-one interventions
  • Help promote pupils' wellbeing, independence and confidence
