Are you ready to lead with heart and purpose? We’re looking for a passionate and nurturing Key Stage One teacher to join our wonderful team as KS1 and English Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll be supported, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way.
Responsibilities- Supporting the Principal and SLT in the effective running of the Academy
- Leading curriculum, teaching, and assessment across KS1, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice
- Using data to close learning gaps and plan for all pupils, including SEND, EAL, PP, and high prior attainers
- Coaching and mentoring staff to ensure consistently strong teaching across the phase, identifying training needs and helping colleagues grow in confidence and skill
- A passion for teaching and a track record of excellent classroom practice
- Experience in leading or supporting curriculum and staff development
- High expectations for all learners and a commitment to inclusive education
- A warm, collaborative approach, resilience and strong communication skills
- Confidence using technology to enhance learning, or a willingness to learn
- A desire to lead in a way that supports others and drives improvement
