Salary: MPS / UPS (Outer London) + TLR2B

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Are you ready to lead with heart and purpose? We’re looking for a passionate and nurturing Key Stage One teacher to join our wonderful team as KS1 and English Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll be supported, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Principal and SLT in the effective running of the Academy
  • Leading curriculum, teaching, and assessment across KS1, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice
  • Using data to close learning gaps and plan for all pupils, including SEND, EAL, PP, and high prior attainers
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to ensure consistently strong teaching across the phase, identifying training needs and helping colleagues grow in confidence and skill
Qualifications & Experience
  • A passion for teaching and a track record of excellent classroom practice
  • Experience in leading or supporting curriculum and staff development
  • High expectations for all learners and a commitment to inclusive education
  • A warm, collaborative approach, resilience and strong communication skills
  • Confidence using technology to enhance learning, or a willingness to learn
  • A desire to lead in a way that supports others and drives improvement
