Oasis Community Learning invites a co-Head of Reward to join a new part-time job share with the Head of Reward, leading a central Reward team across 58 schools. The role focuses on developing, owning and driving pay and benefits frameworks while benchmarking and addressing pay equity issues.
You will coach a small team, advise People Managers, and ensure inclusive leadership. Hybrid working 2.5 days/week, salary c. £70-75k FTE depending on location.
