Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Head of Operational Learning & Development on a fixed-term contract to lead the People and Culture learning strategy for the next 11 months. You will head a small team delivering strategic learning and workforce development, including digital learning initiatives and career pathways, aligned with the Remarkable People strategy.
The role is remote with the nearest Oasis Academy or office as base, requires travel to academies and head office in London.
