The Oasis Academy Lord's Hill Pre-School is part of Oasis Community Learning, an educational trust established in 2004 with the express purpose of transforming learning, lives and communities through the development of Oasis Academies. There are currently 54 Academies across the UK and our Pre-School is part of the Oasis Academy Lord's Hill Hub. The Nursery is located in Green Lane, Southampton and is not part of the main Academy site in Romsey Road.
We are looking for a committed and driven practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner and will be able to show they have the understanding and experience to deal with challenges faced by some families in this community, with compassion and sensitivity while aiming for the highest outcomes for both child and family. They will have some experience in working with children with special educational needs and disabilities and a good understanding of the EYFS and how to best deliver it.
The successful candidate will need to understand, share and be committed to the Oasis ethos of inclusion, equality, healthy relationships, hope and perseverance.
Hours: 28 hours per week (working pattern to be discussed at interview)
