You will help develop and design the curriculum at Oasis Academy Wintringham, lead its implementation and deliver a rich curriculum that meets the needs of your community. You’ll co‑devise, own and deliver a strategic roadmap that will take Wintringham from ‘Good’ to beyond whilst working in partnership with both Oasis Community Learning and North East Lincolnshire County Council.
As an experienced Headteacher/Principal or an exceptional Senior Leader with a background in educational improvement and pastoral care, you will take a leading role, driving the voice, innovation and vision behind school success. You will ensure high standards of teaching and learning, cultivate a positive and supportive school culture for staff, students and the local community, and lead and motivate a committed team of educationalists to move this educational establishment into an exceptional place of learning.
You will be a resilient, creative and effective change agent that brings everyone together in a shared vision that has student success and achievement at its heart.
