The successful candidate will be able to provide holistic support to the students they work with, including learning support, emotional and well-being support, and communication and interaction support. The teaching assistants are supported by our highly experienced SENDCo and Specialist Lead TA who lead the team with knowledge, passion and a relentless drive to ensure SEND learners secure parity of achievement with their peers.
