At Oasis Academy Brislington, Bristol. Salary: SCP 7–11 (FTE £26,403–£28,142). Actual Salary: £10,588–£11,285. Hours: 17.25 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 8:00 am–1:45 pm. Role: Part‑time, permanent. Start date: As soon as possible.

The role

The Receptionist/Administrator is a key role in the Academy, providing front‑line support and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensuring reception remains tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receiving visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Answering incoming calls, managing queries from parents, staff, and students effectively.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries and distributing them appropriately.
  • Performing general office duties and administrative tasks.
  • Providing first‑aid support (full training will be given).
