We wish to appoint an excellent and committed Early Years class teacher to join our outstanding team. In addition, this post carries a leadership responsibility for leading our large EYFS.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the EYFS curriculum, teaching and learning, working strategically alongside teachers to bring the curriculum to life.
- Receive weekly release time from class to fulfil the role.
- Play a significant role in the ongoing development of curriculum, teaching and learning.
Qualifications:
- Excellent classroom teacher with great interpersonal skills, uncompromisingly high expectations and ability to work as part of a large team.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, key in driving continual improvement.
- Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of our curriculum.
- Expertise in effective Early Years teaching, passion for early years education and child development.
- Strong at building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents/carers.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Fully committed to supporting community transformation.
- Not suitable for NQTs; a secondment may be considered for the right candidate.
