The role involves teaching Science across Key Stages, including A Level Biology, contributing to a curriculum that inspires curiosity, develops scientific thinking and supports strong outcomes for all learners.

The Science Faculty is a collaborative and well-resourced team, supported by specialist technicians and experienced leaders. GCSE outcomes have improved year on year, and our Sixth Form provision is strong, offering A Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics, as well as Level 3 BTEC Applied Science. Students regularly progress to science-related degrees including medicine, engineering, pharmacy and biomedical sciences. Facilities include modern laboratories, interactive whiteboards in every room, centralised resources and individual laptops for teaching staff.

Responsibilities:
