Are you looking for a new position supporting students with special educational needs and being part of a highly effective team? We are looking to appoint a caring and professional Teacher for our Specialist Resource Base at Oasis Academy New Oak, working 2 days per week. You'll have an enthusiasm for supporting learners with differentiated needs, providing learning support with a positive and inclusive outlook, and managing sometimes complex behaviours within a structured learning environment to ensure differently-abled learners can reach their full potential. The working days will be Thursdays and Fridays.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Passion and commitment for supporting learners with specific needs
  • An empathetic and patient demeanour
  • Key organisation and communication skills
  • Experience with managing complex behaviours and helping SEN learners to achieve
