Building on a strong foundation with a thoughtful, well-structured curriculum for both subjects, you will get to know your students personally, adapting and tailoring the curriculum to ensure meaningful progress. The team has delivered outstanding results, and we are focused on continuously improving our practices to provide even greater support for our students.
For this position, we welcome applications from those interested in full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days). ECTs and training teachers will also be considered. At Oasis Coulsdon, we are deeply committed to the professional development of our staff. You will be paired with a dedicated coach to support your growth. As part of the Oasis Multi-Academy Trust, you will have opportunities to collaborate with other departments and take part in National Professional Qualifications (NPQs).
