We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Behaviour and SEMH Leader to join our team as a Senior Pastoral Manager leading our Internal Exclusion room. Inclusion is at the heart of our work at Oasis Academy Don Valley. We work hard to support our students so that they can fully access their education.

The Manager will oversee the learning and provide mentoring, guidance and support to individual students. They work under the direction of the Head of Inclusion and the alternative provision leader. Mainstream teachers contribute to the teaching in the Reflection Room. The room manager will review students' progress on a daily basis and liaise with key staff, parents and other professionals accordingly.
