Oasis Academy Brightstowe in Bristol is seeking a Pastoral Head of Year to lead behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and pastoral care for a Year Group.

This is a non-teaching, student‑facing role focused on ensuring that all students are supported, safe and able to thrive.

The postholder will work closely with safeguarding, attendance and behaviour teams, build strong relationships with students and families, and monitor interventions to support wellbeing and achievement across the year group.
