The successful candidate will provide critical organisational and administrative support in our growing school.

This job is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and the ability to problem solve. You will be analysing and reporting on data to our senior leadership team, so we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, not just incredible ICT skills. Our goal is to empower our students to become confident, curious, and compassionate learners who are prepared to make a positive impact in the world.

When we move to our new site, we will be situated in Bristol's Temple Quarter development zone, one of the most exciting regeneration projects in the UK at present. Temple Quarter will become a world-class gateway to the region that unlocks the city of Bristol and the West of England's potential. A series of well-connected and thriving mixed-use communities will benefit new and existing residents, employees and visitors with new homes, jobs, infrastructure, and opportunities. With Temple Meads railway station at its heart, Temple Quarter will reflect Bristol's past, present and future to become a blueprint for sustainable and inclusive city regeneration. Our aim is to provide an exceptional education at the heart of this community.

Why join us? To support you in this role, the successful candidate will have access to:

  • Training opportunities to develop your skillset.
  • Opportunity to join a large MAT with 52 schools nationally, 5 Secondary Academies locally.
  • Access to Eye Care vouchers and a national Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Trust wide commitment to developing work practices and policies that support work-life balance.
  • Confidential Counselling services for you and those that live with you, should times get tough.

Important Information: The working pattern for this role is 37 hours per week, term time (39 weeks including inset days) plus 5 additional days to be completed during school closure periods. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 10th June. The day will run approximately 09:00 - 15:00. Start date: 1 September 2026. The Academy reserves the right to close the shortlisting process early should suitable candidates apply.
