We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate teacher to lead a small group of children with complex SEND needs at Oasis Academy Short Heath. Each child will have an EHCP and the role requires ensuring every learner receives personalised, meaningful support. You will plan and prepare tailored activities closely aligned with pupils’ individual targets, developmental needs and learning pathways.
