Thank you for taking the first step in making a real difference to our students' lives! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a bit of stability as this is a 1 year Fixed term contract. You'll be joining us at Oasis, a large established Trust of 55 Academies but we're MORE than a MAT. We're here to support our communities and to address those barriers to education for our students. For this role to be right you'll be someone who wants to join us on our journey and ultimately wants to get the best for our communities. Bottom line, you're someone who wants to make a real difference to our students' lives. If you want to make a difference, whilst being supported by a great team, then we'd love to hear from you.
By joining us at Oasis and specifically Woodview Academy you'll be:
- Joining a large established Trust of 545 Academies with support and systems in place to make sure that staff wellbeing is front and centre of everything we do.
- Joining a Good Academy where "Pupils are proud of their school" & "Leaders and the trust ensure well-being is a priority having reviewed policies and processes to reduce workload for staff." Ofsted 2025.
