At Oasis Academy Lord\’s Hill, we have a new exciting position available for an Attendance Manager to join our friendly attendance team.
Job Overview
The Attendance Manger is a crucial role where you will need to liaise with a range of internal and external people and families. Attention to detail and excellent administration skills are a must, as is the highest level of professionalism to support the Attendance strategy for driving students’ attendance.
Candidates should be exceptionally organised and have outstanding communication skills. You will need to demonstrate strong administrative, communication, and IT abilities. Working under pressure effectively, professionally, and with composure is crucial.

You will be working with a supportive and dedicated team of staff who believe all students deserve our full support to achieve their very best. We have a strong programme of staff development and opportunities to work with a wide variety of professionals in the academy, local community, and wider Trust.
Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
  • A high level of verbal and written communication standards
  • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines

The post is term time only, meaning the postholder is required to work and will be paid 39 weeks (plus prorated holiday) per year.
This post is full time – 37 hours per week. 8am-4pm
Salary: SCP 22-26 £32,654.00-£36,124.00FTE (£28,807.00-£31,868.00 actual salary)
Current NJC scale point and experience will be taken into consideration when determining starting salary.
