We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal and SENDCO, shaping the future of inclusive education and ensuring every student receives the support they need to succeed.

A Leadership Role with Purpose

As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in the strategic leadership of the academy, working alongside the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement and deliver outstanding outcomes for all students.

As our SENDCO, you will lead and develop a highly effective SEND provision that enables every learner to achieve success.

You'll champion inclusion, ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice, and work collaboratively with families, staff and external agencies to create exceptional support for students with additional needs.

  • Has a passion for inclusive education and raising achievement for students with SEND.

  • Uses data intelligently to drive improvement and inform decision making.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
