You will lead the delivery, development and continuous improvement of the Oasis Apprenticeship Offer. You will be the central point of coordination between apprentices, line managers and training providers, ensuring every apprentice has a positive, inclusive and high-quality learning experience.
You will manage the complete apprenticeship journey, from onboarding and progress monitoring to reviewing provider quality and overseeing the Digital Apprenticeship Service. You will work with managers, providers and apprentices, and have a love for early careers, wanting to ensure our programmes are as good as they can be.
About You
- Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes
- Experience working with or managing apprenticeship providers or suppliers
- Confidence working with data and systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence at all levels
- A proactive, relationship driven approach
- An alignment with the Oasis ethos and values, and a commitment to inclusion and high quality learning
What Will You Get in Return?
- Pay Scale: SP22 (£33,699) to SP26 (£37,280) FTE. Pro rata for 18.5 hours (2.5 days) £16,849.50 to £18,640.00
