The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
The right candidate will join our team in Phase 2 of the academy's journey, alongside the founding staff body. The appointed candidate will work closely with our team of dedicated and motivated practitioners to continue to establish the culture, ethos, and values of a new free school.
Job purpose
- To work holistically and proactively to ensure that students are supported to achieve their potential.
- To promote learner well-being and high standards of behaviour and attainment by providing 360 degrees of care, support and challenge for the students and families within your year group.
- To promote positive attendance and punctuality through the Academy attendance strategy.
- To provide professional support to vulnerable groups and their families helping them to access multi-agency support.
