We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team at a school where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that every pupil is included, nurtured, and encouraged to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum
  • Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions, particularly for children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs
  • Promoting independence and positive behaviour
  • Preparing engaging resources and supporting lesson delivery
  • Monitoring progress and contributing to classroom planning
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Being an advocate for every child's well-being and success

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience of working with young people, ideally within a school setting
  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children
  • Additional training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid (desirable)
  • Confidence in using digital learning tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
  • The ability to support learning across a range of subjects
