Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Regional Subject Lead for English and Literacy to drive high-quality teaching across Oasis academies.
The role focuses on strategic direction, curriculum development, and assessment excellence, with coaching and supporting teachers to raise learner outcomes.
You will work with the Regional Director and National Subject Lead, model best practice, and contribute to a world-class English curriculum.
