Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to meet the requirements of the post.
About the Role: Oasis Community Housing has an exciting opportunity for a Project Worker to become part of our dynamic and innovative team, within our homeless drop-in service, at Basis Gateshead. We run a ‘day centre style’ drop-in community based project, delivering both homeless prevention and homelessness response services to vulnerably housed and rough sleepers.
We are looking for a candidate with knowledge and experience of working with vulnerable people in a paid or unpaid capacity. An understanding of the benefits system and knowledge of drug and alcohol misuse are all essential for this role.
