The predicted salary is between 22849 - 31389 £ per year.
The band goes up to £27,849 per annum, however, this is dependent on annual performance reviews.
Full time role: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to meet the requirements of the post. (12 month initial fixed-term contract with potential for extension subject to funding being secured)
Job Purpose: To carry a caseload and provide personalised financial capability support to people who are homeless and or at risk of homelessness across our projects in Gateshead and Sunderland. This will include help to access bank accounts, assistance with debt management and income maximisation, support with welfare benefit applications and appeals, and delivering education work to improve individual confidence and financial capability, including household budgeting in order to support independent living and tenancy sustainment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team building strong professional networks to enable people to access specialist services and community based support and advice.
