This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of the finance function.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing reliable, timely, and accurate financial information while managing all day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, supporting business decisions with insightful financial analysis, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation.

  • Production of monthly and year end accounts.
  • Control of balance sheet - ensuring accurate reading of assets and responsibilities.
  • Fixed asset register and capital expenditure, monitoring and control.
  • Supervision and day to day management of Sales and Purchase Ledger system together with Purchase ordering.
  • Credit Control and liaison with debt collection agencies.
  • Bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasting.
  • Monthly payroll, Admin of bonus payments and dividends.
  • Admin of payroll/employee information & admin of auto-enrolment pension scheme/salary exchange scheme and year end returns including P11Ds.
  • Administration/control of company insurances and leases (vehicle & plant).
  • Payroll knowledge.
  • Office management duties.

AAT qualified and achieved or Part qualified in CIMA, ACA or ACCA.

Financial reporting and investigation of queries.

Familiar with financial processes and procedures.

Develop excel based dashboards and related models for wider business.

Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and exceptional communication skills are essential.

8.30am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday) Flexibility can be offered.

25 days holiday ~ Pension ~ Hybrid working.
