Purpose: Our client is an independent and expanding accountancy practice based in Milton Keynes, specialising in accountancy, taxation, and business advisory services for small and medium-sized businesses.

With over 30 dedicated team members, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Due to continued organic growth, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their talented and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual currently working in a similar role who is looking to further develop their expertise and progress their career within a dynamic and growing practice.

The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring payroll services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

Main Duties and

Responsibilities: Run weekly and monthly payrolls, including the calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory payments.

Process and manage CIS returns and CIS suffered.

Administer workplace pensions, including auto-enrolment uploads, re-enrolment, and redeclarations.

Undertake banking activities and payroll-related financial administration.

Administer benefits in kind and ensure accurate reporting.
