Human Resource Manager

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead a HR function and oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organisational development and full-cycle UK payroll. This opportunity is with a well-established UK-based diversified business group operating across fuel distribution, forecourt retail, automotive, hospitality, and property sectors. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and develop HR strategies that support wider business objectives, advising senior management on HR matters and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies. Oversee and process end-to-end UK payroll, ensuring accurate and confidential processing of salaries, statutory payments, pensions and year-end reporting, including P60s and P11Ds.
