Key Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming, friendly experience for all customers
- Handling cash and assisting players throughout the venue
- Calling out bingo games with confidence and energy
- Helping set up for fun promotions and events
- Keeping the arcade clean, tidy, and inviting
- Being a key part of a friendly, memorable bingo experience
- Confident, friendly, and customer-focused
- Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
- Clear speaking voice and confidence addressing a room
- Friendly, reliable, and great with people
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in bingo, gaming, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not essential
- Cash-handling experience preferred, but full training will be provided
