Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in secondary science education (ECTs welcome - our induction programme is excellent!). A genuine love for science and the ability to share that passion with young people. The skills to turn tricky concepts into memorable, engaging lessons. Patience, creativity, adaptability, and a sense of humour (especially when experiments don't go quite to plan!). Strong curriculum knowledge and excellent communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
