Oasis Academy Watermead in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Learning Mentor to support pupils, families and staff in removing barriers to learning. You will coordinate nurture groups, breakfast clubs, and after-school activities, ensuring consistent delivery of the school's behaviour policy and data recording.
You will work closely with teachers, the SENCo and external agencies to set targets, develop individual action plans and provide 1:1 counselling.
