Like every school, we are increasingly reliant on high quality data analysis to support our curriculum, pastoral care and administrative functions. The successful candidate will provide critical organisational and administrative support in our growing school.

This job is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and the ability to problem solve. You'll be analysing and reporting on data to our senior leadership team, so we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, not just incredible ICT skills. You'll need to be a team player who is willing to get stuck in, supporting colleagues across the school.

Oasis Academy Temple Quarter opened in September 2023 with our founding cohort of Year 7 students. We are currently in temporary accommodation in Spring Street Bedminster and will be moving to our state-of-the-art new build in 2027. We are so proud of the culture we are establishing and are looking to add more capacity to our support services team.

The vision for Oasis Academy Temple Quarter is to create a community where every student is challenged to achieve their personal best through a rigorous and joyful curriculum. We believe that a sense of belonging and connection to one's peers and teachers is essential for academic and personal growth, and we strive to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community. Our goal is to empower our students to become confident, curious, and compassionate learners who are prepared to make a positive impact in the world.

When we move to our new site, we will be situated in Bristol’s Temple Quarter development zone, one of the most exciting regeneration projects in the UK at present. Temple Quarter will become a world-class gateway to the region that unlocks the city of Bristol and the West of England’s potential. A series of well-connected and thriving mixed-use communities will benefit new and existing residents, employees and visitors with new homes, jobs, infrastructure, and opportunities.

With Temple Meads railway station at its heart, Temple Quarter will reflect Bristol’s past, present and future to become a blueprint for sustainable and inclusive city regeneration. Our aim is to provide an exceptional education at the heart of this community.

To support you in this role, the successful candidate will have access to:

  • Training opportunities to develop your skillset.
  • Opportunity to join a large MAT with 52 schools nationally, 5 Secondary Academies locally.
  • Access to Eye Care vouchers and a national Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Trust wide commitment to developing work practices and policies that support work-life balance.
  • Confidential Counselling services for you and those that live with you, should times get tough.

The working pattern for this role is 37 hours per week, term time (39 weeks including inset days) plus 5 additional days to be completed during school closure periods. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 10th June. The day will run approximately 09:00 - 15:00. Start date: 1 September 2026.

The Academy reserves the right to close the shortlisting process early should suitable candidates apply. Early applications are therefore encouraged as we reserve the right to appoint at any stage during the recruitment process.

Oasis Academy Temple Quarter is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We particularly welcome applications from underrepresented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
