Is our Primary Teacher at Oasis Academy Short Heath, the role for you? You’ll be joining us at Oasis, a large established Trust of 55 Academies but we're MORE than a MAT. We're here to support our communities and to address those barriers to education for our students. By joining us at Short Heath, you'll be joining a Good and oversubscribed Academy where "staff enjoy working in a close-knit team and know their workload and well-being are always considered by leaders." Ofsted 2024 This is something we're really proud of and hope shows our commitment to our staff.

About our Primary Teacher (ks2 focus) vacancy: We are looking for a teacher to come and join us initially working in Year 5 or year 6. Regardless of your level of experience we have a great support network both in our Academy and as part of Oasis that really offers unrivalled access to subject and education specialists. Love technology? Benefit from all of our students having an iPad and us leading the way in educational pedagogy.

We do not have a large turnover of staff at Oasis Academy Short Heath and this is a reflection of this. We're very proud of our students who are always central to every decision we make. We strive to provide opportunities for our families to work in partnership with us and run a variety of events throughout the year. "Pupils work together very well in lessons. They display very positive attitudes to their learning and the subjects they study." Ofsted 2024. We have great facilities at Short Heath including our own allotments, a polytunnel and Forest School.
