We are seeking a dedicated and professional Attendance Officer to join our team. You will play a vital role in promoting excellent attendance and supporting the welfare of our students. Please be advised that this posting may be closed early should a suitable candidate be identified.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring student attendance data
- Identifying patterns of absence
- Investigating any unexplained absences
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers to understand the reasons behind absences
- Developing individualised plans to support their child's regular attendance
