Oasis Academy Parkwood is seeking a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and support learning across all year groups. This role offers a varied, whole-school remit where you’ll lead sessions, support teaching, and contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment for every pupil.
You will deliver whole-school PPA cover, lead lessons and targeted interventions, support planning and assessment, provide feedback on progress, and help raise standards.
