Required for March 2026. Learning Support Assistant for Nursery provision OCL/NJC Scale Point 04 (Bristol Grade 5) + Local Government Pension Scheme. Salary £25,185 - £26,824 FTE, actual salary £7,611 - £8,106. 13 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday, term time only including INSET Days.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oasis Academy Long Cross for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our dedicated team working with our amazing two year olds. The successful candidate will be working within a committed team to ensure that all the children are given the best opportunities to play and learn during their time at the Academy and will be working closely with the children's parents and carers. Your role will be to work with our 2-4 year olds.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- High expectations for achievement and behaviour
- The energy and creativity to inspire and motivate children
- A positive and forward thinking outlook
- The ability to work as part of a team and individually
