We are delighted to invite applications for an Extended Provision Teacher to join our academy as we launch a brand‑new Extended Provision on site. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning – shaping a provision designed to meet the needs of students who benefit from a highly supportive, nurturing, and structured learning environment, while remaining closely connected to the life of the wider academy.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high‑quality, inclusive teaching within a small‑group setting
- Support students with additional needs, including social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Develop tailored learning approaches that enable students to re‑engage and succeed
- Work closely with pastoral staff, SEND teams, and external agencies

- A qualified teacher (secondary experience)
- A strong commitment to inclusive education and pastoral care
- A calm, flexible, and reflective teacher in their practice

Experience of working with students with SEND, SEMH, or alternative provision is desirable, but not essential – the right mindset and commitment are key.
