As a Play Worker, you will:
- Take the lead in creating vibrant, engaging playtimes; supervising a wide variety of activities and championing child led, inclusive play in line with Opal Play principles.
- Help maintain inspiring play spaces and well prepared equipment, while building warm, respectful relationships with pupils and staff.
- Uphold safeguarding, behaviour expectations and academy values, working collaboratively with colleagues across safeguarding and leadership.
- Participate in ongoing training, including safeguarding, first aid and professional development, ensuring you continue to grow and thrive in your role.
