To oversee, monitor, analyse and strategically plan the development of enrichment programmes to ensure students have access to a wide range of opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • To support the academy plan for careers and enrichment in all year groups
  • To support the work of the Academy leadership team in the development and implementation of careers and enrichment activities.
  • To oversee work experience placements for students.
  • To liaise with universities to support widening participation activities
  • To contribute to the promotion of the general progress and well-being of students and staff within the Academy
