Oasis Academy Hadley is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and develop enrichment programmes that give students access to a broad range of opportunities. You will coordinate careers and enrichment across all year groups and work with the Academy leadership team to plan, implement and monitor impact.
You will oversee work experience placements, liaise with universities to widen participation, and contribute to the progress and well-being of students and staff within the Academy.
