The role involves teaching Science across Key Stages, including A Level Biology, contributing to a curriculum that inspires curiosity, develops scientific thinking and supports strong outcomes for all learners.

The Science Faculty is a collaborative and well‑resourced team, supported by specialist technicians and experienced leaders. GCSE outcomes have improved year on year, and our Sixth Form provision is strong, offering A Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics, as well as Level 3 BTEC Applied Science. Students regularly progress to science‑related degrees including medicine, engineering, pharmacy and biomedical sciences. Facilities include modern laboratories, interactive whiteboards in every room, centralised resources and individual laptops for teaching staff.

What you’ll be responsible for:
