Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum
- Delivering small‑group and one‑to‑one interventions, particularly for children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs
- Promoting independence and positive behaviour
- Preparing engaging resources and supporting lesson delivery
- Monitoring progress and contributing to classroom planning
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Being an advocate for every child’s well‑being and success
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience of working with young people, ideally within a school setting
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children
- Additional training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid (desirable)
- Confidence in using digital learning tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
- The ability to support learning across a range of subjects
