We are looking for dynamic, talented Second in Charge of English to support the Head of Faculty in providing leadership for a department in the Academy, in consultation with the Principal, staff, parents and Academy Council, which brings about high standards of education.
Oasis Academy Enfield is an inclusive 11 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. We provide students with high quality teaching, which not only enables them to make the best possible progress and achieve the highest grades, but also equips them with the skills, behaviour and character, which will help them be successful and make a positive contribution to their community.
The percentage of students achieving the top grades at both GCSE and A Level has risen over the years. Our students progress to universities including Russell Group and other leading universities following a wide range of courses from English, History to engineering, psychology and law, apprenticeships and work.

We hold regular training to develop the skills and knowledge needed by staff in their current role or look towards the next step in their career. The induction of new staff is important, and we have tailored programmes to meet individual needs.
