You will drive an ambitious, inclusive SEND vision and oversee both strategic development and day-to-day delivery, ensuring statutory requirements are met and personalised support is provided to pupils with diverse needs.
You will build strong partnerships, monitor provision rigorously and empower colleagues through training.
