A unique opportunity to join a passionate team of staff in an exciting and rewarding environment as Deputy Cluster Facilities Manager, part of the Oasis Property & Estates Team within the Sheffield Cluster. The role will span over 3 Academies: Oasis Academy Don Valley, Oasis Academy Fir Vale, and Oasis Academy Watermead. Property and Estates provide a vital service to our educational environments and are a group of property experts who understand the challenges and demands of running an educational estate.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Deputy Cluster Facilities Manager to join us in creating an outstanding centre of educational excellence within all 3 Sheffield Academies. The successful candidate will be a passionate and driven individual with good communication, practical and organizational skills, and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.
The Property and Estates team offer the Academy an outstanding day-to-day service of managing and upkeeping the grounds and the buildings. The team also maintains a high level of Health and Safety and Compliance. As a Deputy Cluster Facilities Manager, you will play an instrumental part in the daily operations of the Academy and management of the Facilities Team.
