The Role

What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English and a Level 3 NQF qualification
- Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students while promoting good progress
- A calm, authoritative communication style and strong classroom management skills
- Organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges
- Ideally, experience in a care or pastoral role
- Above all, reliability, motivation, and the heart of a real-life Super Hero
