We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our start-up Academy in South Bristol. Oasis Academy Daventry Road is a brand new 11-16 co-educational academy that opened in September 2023. It is a growing start-up school which currently has Year 7, 8 and 9 pupils only. The academy will continue to grow and will eventually move to our permanent site on Daventry Road. Within our cohort, there are high numbers of pupils with SEND needs hence the need to recruit additional staff to the team.

We are looking for a strong team player to join our supportive team. You should have excellent communication skills and ideally, experience of working with young people. This can be a fast-paced environment and you will need to be enthusiastic, positive, flexible, patient and resilient.

Oasis Academy Daventry Road will deliver high-quality teaching in an environment where every child is valued and supported to succeed. We will work to develop the character and competence of all young people, in pursuit of everyone receiving an exceptional education and reaching their full potential both in learning and in life.
