  • Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan and implement high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all students
  • Assess, monitor and report on student progress in line with Academy policies
  • Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and extra-curricular sports provision
  • Promote participation, teamwork and a positive attitude towards physical activity
  • Uphold the Oasis ethos and values in all aspects of Academy life

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS and a degree in a relevant subject
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for PE and sport
  • Has experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4
  • Is committed to achieving high standards for all students
  • Possesses strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Is enthusiastic, resilient and committed to professional development
